Relying on advanced equipment and experimental techniques, we offer molecular technical services including sgRNA design and in vitro transcription based on the CRISPR/Cas9 system, plasmid construction and large-scale DNA preparation services, as well as in vitro transcription of mRNA, along with molecular detection services for DNA, RNA, and proteins. Equipped with the CytoFLEX flow cytometer from Beckman Coulter and the FACSCanto Plus flow cytometer from BD, we can provide flow cytometry-based detection and analysis of immune cell populations such as T cells, B cells, NK cells, monocytes, granulocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells (DCs) in human and mouse peripheral blood, spleen, tumors, and other tissues, assessing the composition and function of the immune system. Additionally, we have platforms for in vivo imaging and pathological analysis.
